Precast Tanks

A septic tank by definition is a concrete, plastic, or fiberglass vessel that accumalates wastewater for basic treatment.

MANUFACTURING

When we first started the business of installing septic systems our tanks were built by hand from concrete cinder blocks and mortar. The tanks of yesteryear were all shapes and sizes. As things progressed, the need for a more reliable structure and regulated capacity was brought to light and the precast tank was born. Knowing this was the future we invested in our very own cement plant and cement trucks. We went through the process to have our tank forms designed and made by Bethlehem MFG, and approved by SC DHEC.

Today we manufacture:

  • 100gal Distribution Boxes
  • 250gal Pump Tanks
  • 500gal Pump Tanks
  • 1000gal Septic Tanks
  • 1000gal Lett Tanks
  • 1000gal Grease Interceptors
  • 1500gal Septic Tanks
  • 1500gal Lett Tanks
  • 1500gal Grease Interceptors
  • 2000gal Grease Interceptors
  • 3000gal Grease Interceptors
  • Distribution Boxes, Septic Tank Lids in various sizes, and Pole Pads

Although there are several options to choose from when it comes to purchasing a septic tank such as plastic and fiberglass; precast concrete septic tanks are the most durable, reliable and long-lasting septic tanks available. Keep in mind that any tank installed must be approved by SC DHEC. New construction site must have a Permit To Construct, and be subject to Final Approval by SC DHEC. Replacement of existing septic tanks and drain lines is allowed without having a Permit To Construct as long as the home or business has electricity to the structure and we are abandoning one to install the new.

If you have any questions about the permitting process with SC DHEC please call us. We are happy to help any way we can!
